Community Guidelines

1. Introduction

Purpose: These Guidelines explain what content and behavior are allowed on Peekamoji. We aim to foster a welcoming space where everyone can express themselves creatively while remaining courteous to others.
Compliance: These Guidelines complement our other policies, including the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Apple/Google store requirements.

No Harassment: Do not bully, threaten, or harass users. This includes personal attacks, stalking, doxxing, or blackmailing.
No Hate Speech: Content promoting violence or hatred toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc., is strictly prohibited.
Privacy: Never post personal info (phone numbers, addresses) without explicit permission.

No Extreme Violence: Avoid graphic depictions of violence, gore, or explicit cruelty.
No Sexual Exploitation: Pornographic material, sexual content involving minors, or content that is exploitative or overly graphic is not allowed.
No Illegal Behavior: Do not promote or facilitate illegal activities, such as the sale of drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods.
Minor Safety: Users under 13 are not allowed; content involving minors must be age-appropriate and respectful.

Respect Rights: Only post content (images, music, videos) you own or have permission to use.
Copyright Violations: Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material may lead to removal or account action.

Spam and Scams: Do not spam with repetitive comments or misleading info. Avoid phishing or impersonation.
Misinformation: Content that deliberately misleads or confuses users about critical matters (health, safety, elections) may be flagged or removed.
Unauthorized Data Collection: Do not scrape personal data, operate bots, or hack the Platform.

Marketplace Conduct: Refer to our “Marketplace Terms” for buying and selling guidelines. Content that violates local laws or sells prohibited items (drugs, weapons, etc.) is disallowed.
Disclosure: If you post sponsored or commercial content, comply with Apple, Google, and local regulations. Clearly label ads, brand deals, or paid promotions.

In-App Tools: If you see offensive or illegal content, use the in-app “Report” feature to alert us.
Help Center: For additional support or to follow up on a report, visit our Help Center or email us at support@peekamoji.com.
False Reports: Submitting false or malicious complaints may lead to account penalties.

Content Removal: We may remove posts or comments that violate these Guidelines.
Account Actions: Repeated or severe violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
Appeal: If you believe your content was removed or your account was restricted in error, contact support@peekamoji.com to request a review.

Apple/Google Requirements: Peekamoji follows the content and community guidelines set by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We regularly update our own rules to remain compliant.
User Accountability: By using Peekamoji, you agree also to abide by any relevant app store policies that govern content, user safety, and in-app purchases.

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Peekamoji. If we suspect an underage user, we may terminate the account.
Parental Support: If a minor uses the platform with parental consent (where allowed), the parent or guardian is responsible for monitoring activity and ensuring compliance with these Guidelines.

Policy Changes: We may modify these Guidelines from time to time to address new issues or changes in law. Updates take effect once posted.
