Delete Data

1. Who this applies to

This deletion process applies to Peekamoji users who want to delete or remove personal data associated with their Peekamoji account. Where we say “delete”, this may include deletion and/or anonymization where appropriate and technically feasible, subject to limited retention described below.

2. How to request deletion

Option A: Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Peekamoji app
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Select Delete Account

Option B: Request deletion by email

Email us at support@peekamoji.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

3. What to include

Please include as much of the following as possible so we can locate your account:

• Your username (if available)
• The email address or phone number associated with your account
• Your login method (Apple ID / Google / Facebook / email / phone/SMS)
• A short note if you want account deletion or deletion of specific personal data

4. Processing time

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership. If additional verification is required, the timeline starts once verification is completed.

5. Scope of deletion

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, which may include:

• Account data: profile information, account settings, and identifiers linked to your account
• Content you created: posts, reactions, and related metadata, subject to exceptions below
• Support communications: requests you have sent us (where reasonably feasible)
• Device/usage data: data linked to your account where reasonably feasible

6. Limited retention

We may retain limited information in secure system logs for up to 180 days where necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Access is restricted and the data is automatically purged on a rolling basis.
